Shipping policy

At ManuKind, we are committed to delivering your baby’s essentials quickly, safely, and reliably.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST typically begin processing the same day

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • Once an order has been processed or picked in our warehouse, it cannot be modified or canceled


Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days within the United States

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS

The shipping method is automatically selected based on speed, location, and package details.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your shipment through the Shop App.


PO Boxes & Special Locations

We ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping times to these locations may be longer than standard delivery estimates.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly:

  • Requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order

  • Email: hello@manukind.com

Please note:
Some orders may be processed within 30 minutes, making changes unavailable.


Shipping Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ManuKind is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing:

  • Please contact us at hello@manukind.com

  • We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue

If tracking shows delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please email hello@manukind.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Holiday Shipping

Shipping times may be affected during U.S. federal holidays and peak seasons.
